Nature and Crafts Team-Building Activities in the Île-de-France Region

Activity description :

Discover a unique approach to team building that combines nature, traditional skills, and team cohesion. Our workshops are designed to offer your employees a meaningful learning experience, a chance to unwind, and an opportunity for creativity in the great outdoors—whether in our educational garden or at your seminar venue.

The Concept

Each workshop begins with an immersive nature walk to explore the local environment, followed by a hands-on activity where participants experiment with traditional and eco-friendly techniques. Tasks are completed as a team, fostering collaboration, dialogue, and creativity while offering a genuine escape from the daily routine.

Activities Offered:

1. Primitive Skills for Living in the Wild
Learn how to drink, eat, and build a fire like a primitive tribe. Discover flammable plants, the basics of fire-making, water sourcing and purification, and local edible wild plants.

2. Nature Painting
Take a walk and collect local plants to create natural charcoal and pigments. Teams transform these plants into colors and create a collective work of art.

3. Introduction to basket weaving
Explore local plants with flexible fibers and learn basket-weaving techniques. Each team creates a small appetizer bowl, combining manual skill and collective creativity.

4. Lecture – The Mystery of Fire
An interactive and entertaining lecture-performance exploring fire, wine, human inventions, and the impact of natural resources. An opportunity to reflect on our history, our environment, and our relationship with the planet’s resources.

5. Wood Carving
