Activity description :
Did you know that planting a forest is the simplest, fastest, and most effective way to take concrete action to support biodiversity and combat climate change?
This team-building activity will help raise your employees’ awareness of sustainable development while providing them with a fun experience.
How the Team-Building Activity Works:
- After learning the basics of orienteering from experts, teams of 5 to 8 employees will use a map to navigate and find as many checkpoints as possible.
- At each checkpoint, they’ll need to solve puzzles on topics related to sustainable development and the forest to earn trees.
- At the end of the team-building event, a final challenge involving all employees will give them the chance to earn a few more trees.
- A package of 100 trees planted by Reforest’Action is included in the final prize.
This team-building activity is centered around three core values: sustainable development, solidarity, and good cheer!
