Clémentine, a professional photographer with a passion for alternative printing techniques, offers an introductory workshop in Cyanotype. An ancient photographic printing technique that creates blue images using products sensitive to sunlight!

Course of the workshop (2h30) :

• Presentation of the concept and history of the Cyanotype and discovery of the equipment used.
• Carry out an initial test on pre-soaked paper to discover the magic of cyanotype and observe the different blue tones according to exposure times.
• Prepare the sheets you'll use to create 3 works with cyanotype
• Creation of the three works (bring your own objects and plants)
• Exposure of creations to sunlight or UV light (depending on weather and workshop time)
• Rinse papers to reveal the blue imprints left by the sun.
• You'll leave the workshop with 3 magnificent Cyanotype works to hang in your home.
