Introduction to embroidery workshop in Paris 17th arrondissement

In a warm and relaxed atmosphere, discover the art of hand embroidery and learn how to personalize a garment or textile object according to your desires!

Workshop schedule (1h30) :

• A warm welcome and presentation of the embroidery equipment available (threads, drums, needles, motifs).
• Each participant brings his/her own fabric (jeans, tote bag, t-shirt, cap... in cotton, wool or denim).
• Introduction to the basics of embroidery: discovery of the essential points and demonstration of technical gestures.
• Creation of your own design: you compose a motif or a word to embroider as you wish, accompanied by the instructor every step of the way.
• Discuss your creations and get advice on how to continue at home and progress at your own pace.

A workshop open to all, even beginners, for the pleasure of creating with your own hands in a friendly, inspiring environment.
