During this activity, you will take part in an individual course - 3 sessions of 2 hours each, over 3 separate days, for a total duration of 6 hours - to combat your fear of flying. Accompanied by a professional pilot, you'll tackle all the subjects linked to your fear of flying in a flight simulator.

How it works:

The course is divided into 3 separate sessions of 2 hours each. To book your course, you must first select the day of the 1st session in the calendar: subsequent sessions will then be defined directly with the center.

• Session 1 - Theory: after a diagnosis of the trainee's fear of flying, several theoretical aspects will be covered to familiarize you with the generally unfamiliar world of aeronautics.
• Session 2 - Flight in real conditions: you will work with the professional pilot to prepare the flight plan, including a study of the weather conditions, before moving on to the simulator to carry out the pre-prepared flight.
• Session 3 - Flight in exceptional conditions: you'll make several flights in special conditions: blackout, rain, snow, strong wind, etc... This stage will enable you to realize that these exceptional circumstances are easily mastered by pilots.

The fact that the course is individual is one of the keys to its success. After all, not everyone has the same fears about flying!

The simulator: here you'll be at the controls of an A320-type simulator, accompanied by a professional pilot. Equipped with 180° HD-quality screens, the fixed-base simulator is an exact replica of a real airliner cockpit.
