Activity description :

Come and discover the pleasures of aquatic trekking in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region, with family or friends. You'll be supervised by a professional, state-certified instructor who will be delighted to share his passion with you!

Aquatic trekking: also known as aqua trekking, this activity involves descending a river using special equipment. Neoprene wetsuits and sneakers allow you to evolve in the middle of the river. Overcoming obstacles and alternating between walking and swimming make this outdoor activity a real pleasure! This activity is a derivative of canyoning.

This 11.4 km-long stream is a sub-tributary of the Dordogne. Along the way, you'll come across a number of natural slides, waterfalls and gours. Open to all levels, you'll discover a protected natural area and the capture of the Canal des Moines, a 12th-century edifice.

Your guide: you'll be accompanied by a state-certified guide/instructor.

How does it work?

After an equipment session and briefing, you'll enjoy the aqua-hike, departing at 9am or 1pm.

The activity is accessible to children aged 8 and over. Relatively easy, it will allow you to discover the activity at your own pace and discover the region in an original way.
