Rafting

Rafting is a sport that involves descending rivers with rapids in a raft. The inflatable rafts designed for rafting are maneuvered either with paddles or oars. They are unsinkable and very stable.

Equipped with a paddle, a neoprene suit, and a helmet, you can navigate through currents and waterfalls to the bottom of the river.

Hydrospeed

Whitewater swimming is a sliding activity in nature. Swimmers descend a river's course using a float, also called a "whitewater board." They propel and steer themselves using fins. Swimmers are also equipped with a helmet and a life jacket. This sport is also called hydrospeed.

As with any whitewater swimming activity, swimmers are exposed to certain risks. It is necessary to take precautions and be accompanied by a professional.

Paddleboarding

Stand-Up Paddle (SUP), also called paddleboarding, is a water gliding sport. The user stands upright on a long board and propels themselves using a paddle. Paddleboarding falls between canoeing and surfing. The size and shape of the board are adapted to its use and the user's size.

Long and wide boards, very stable, are intended for leisurely paddling and are perfect for beginners. Racing or long-distance boards are longer and narrower. There are mixed boards with rigging and, more recently, inflatable boards.

Flyboarding

Flyboard is a brand of hydro-propelled lift devices (ESH). It's a kind of aquatic jetpack that uses water to propel its passenger. The Flyboard is connected to a personal watercraft (or jet ski) that provides pressurized water.

The pilot stands on a platform connected to the jet ski by a long flexible hose. Their feet are secured to the platform by a pair of boots. Pressurized water provides thrust, allowing the pilot to ascend up to fifteen meters or dive into the water. The pilot has a remote control linked to the jet ski engine's throttle control. It adjusts the pressure of the hose's water jets.

Water Skiing

Water skiing is a water sport where a person is pulled behind a motorboat on skis. There are four disciplines: slalom, tricks, jumping, and the overall event.

Slalom skiing is done on a single ski, called a "monoski." The skier must navigate around six buoys while the boat follows a straight line. The boat's speed gradually increases. The trick event involves accumulating points by performing various tricks.
