• You'll be greeted by Louis, who'll introduce you to the workshop.
• You'll learn about the history of chocolate in a theoretical session.
• Now it's time to get hands-on! You'll make your own chocolate molds
• You'll finish in style by creating your own chocolates to take home.
• The Chef will accompany you throughout the process, and pass on the secrets of the greatest chocolatiers.
