Activity description :

For 3/8 year-olds who love acrobatics, Juliette, an experienced circus performer, offers circus classes! She'll pass on her passion for the circus to children through educational, fun and sporting exercises (gymnastics and dance). Children will learn a lot, all in a caring environment!

Workshop schedule (1h):

• First, children will warm up their joints: head, shoulder, pelvis, knees, ankles, with stretching and sheathing postures.
• They can then do more educational warm-ups by imitating animal steps: rabbit, frog, scorpion, spider, elephant, kangaroo, etc.
• Next, they'll work on their balance and perform acrobatics.
• The session continues with gymnastic and dance routines.
• Children will also be introduced to juggling with 1, 2 and 3 balls.
