Learn how to prepare a delicious menu consisting of a main course and a dessert, while discovering different culinary techniques and the flavors of Italy.
Workshop itinerary (3 hours):
- Welcome by Vittoria and her team, followed by a tour of the venue and an introduction to the menu.
- Preparation of a gluten-free main course and dessert, with guidance from the chef.
- Aperitif and tasting of your creations.
- Each participant takes home their creations.
- The menu varies with each workshop and will be provided after you make your reservation.
