The team welcomes you to its Saint-Avertin workshop for a convivial gourmet session.

Course (2h):

• With the chef's advice, you'll create a variety of takeaway maki and california roll recipes, using original ingredients: salmon, cream cheese, fresh herbs, avocado, prawns, mango...the possibilities are endless!
• You'll learn to master a number of culinary techniques: how to cut a maki roll neatly, how to roll a california roll with the nori leaf inside...
• At the end of the workshop, you'll take your makis home to enjoy.
