Thomas is an experienced paraglider pilot, with many hours of flying under his belt. He'll help you discover the joys of this aerial sport in complete safety.

Between the Alps and Provence, a privileged spot to discover paragliding

You'll admire a magnificent panorama of mid-range mountains between the Alps and Provence. You'll also be able to fly over the River Bléone, which flows through the town of Digne-les-Bains, a spa town also known as the historic capital of lavender.

Paragliding is an aircraft with a fabric wing filled with cells that allow air to rush in during flight.

Course of the flight :

• Presentation of equipment and safety rules.
• Take-off: Paragliding doesn't make you dizzy, and you won't feel like you're falling into a void when you take off.
• During the flight, you'll be able to perform tricks such as rapid descents, 360°, wing-overs and tumblings.
• Smooth landing.

3 circuits are available:

• Flight - 10 to 15 min: you'll fly over Digne-les-Bains and its cathedral, as well as the Duyes, Bléone and Asse valleys with their typical villages and hiking trails.
• Flight - 20 to 30 min: just like the 15-minute flight, you'll have the chance to fly over Digne-les-Bains and its 3 valleys for some magnificent scenery.
• Flight - 45 min: you'll see Digne-les-Bains, the citadel of Sisteron, the village of Barrême and the Cheval Blanc, a limestone mountain where flocks of sheep live.
