Activity description :

Fly a microlight over the Verdon valley in a gyrocopter and discover its picturesque villages surrounded by lavender fields of rare beauty! You'll fly aboard an autogyro ultralight, a paramotor equipped with a rotor that gives you the impression of flying in a helicopter.

Haute-Provence: the perfect spot for microlighting

During your autogyro flight, you'll fly over Moustiers-Sainte-Marie, Castellane and Lake Sainte-Croix in the Gorges du Verdon. You'll also enjoy the magnificent lavender fields so specific to the PACA region.

Course of the flight :

• Welcome at the base: presentation of the machine and safety rules.
• Settling into the cockpit: you'll be connected to your pilot by radio headset, so that he can comment on the different places you'll be flying over.
• Take-off for a flight lasting 20 to 60 minutes, depending on the package chosen.
• Soft landing on the runway and debriefing with your pilot.

Several options are available:

• 20-minute flight: over the Verdon valley and its grand canyon, Castellane and its rocky outcrop, and the towering limestone cliff.
• 45-minute flight: over the lavender fields of Valensole, the village of Moustiers-Sainte-Marie, the Lac de Sainte-Croix and the Château d'Aiguines.
• 60-minute flight: over the Verdon grand canyon, from l'Imbut to the Galetas bridge, over the Verdon river, Moustiers-Sainte-Marie and Lac de Sainte-Croix.
