What is effervescent wine?

An effervescent wine is one containing a sufficient concentration of dissolved carbon dioxide to produce bubbles and foam when the bottle is opened and the pressure suddenly drops.

Would you like to know more about effervescent wines? And would you like to learn how to do a tasting properly? Then this workshop is for you! Sophie will share her passion with you, and you won't be disappointed!

Course of the workshop (2h10) :

Presentation of selected winemakers
Sensory blind test divided into 3 tastings.
In-depth approach with the completion of a tasting sheet
Second blind tasting.
