Canoeing day on the Leyre at Belin-Beliet: 14 km route

Activity description :

On your own, you'll cruise along the Leyre, a calm but wild river! You'll be able to take in the lush, green scenery all around you. A canoe-kayak trip is the perfect way to share a fun activity with family and friends. Take a picnic break whenever and wherever you like on the banks of the Leyre.

Canoeing on the Leyre

Self-guided course - From age 6 - All levels - Distance: 14 km

At the Saugnac bridge, you'll embark on a 14 km canoe or kayak trip down the Leyre. For almost 11 km, you'll have no particular landmarks, and will be immersed in lush green countryside. At the Mesplet bridge, you'll disembark on the left bank and after a short rinse, our partners will load the boats onto the trailers.

How does it work?

On arrival at the Belin-Béliet nautical base, our partner will hand over the equipment and brief you on safety instructions. You'll then set off for a trip down the river.
