Sophie and her team invite you to join them on a canoe and kayak trip on the Gironde River in a fun and friendly atmosphere. You’ll take advantage of high tide to reach the “cabanes tchanquées”—the wooden huts perched on stilts that are typical of the Arcachon Basin.

Canoeing and Kayaking to Île des Oiseaux

How does it work?

Upon arrival at the water sports center in Arès, our partner will provide you with the equipment and brief you on safety guidelines. You’ll then set off on a sea excursion with a guide.
