Want to challenge yourself and push your limits? Ghislain invites you to join a sports fun camp based on military-style training—he’ll be your instructor.

We offer a comprehensive program designed to help you push your limits and enjoy a wonderful experience of teamwork and an incredible adventure together. Don’t worry—the program is tailored to your abilities.

Activity Schedule (1 hour):

• Meet at Ayguade Beach in Hyères for a short briefing
• Camouflage face painting followed by a warm-up
• Obstacle course on the beach: running, crawling, and carrying loads along a set route.
• Public fitness course where you’ll have to do pull-ups (penalty for those who fail)
• Set up an emergency stretcher
• Pistol shooting mission at a child-sized target (nerf gun) in combat position
• Series of push-ups, human chain
• Orienteering race
• Ghislain will be there to lead the games and make sure you have a great time at this very special event.
