Exclusive cooking classes with a chef in Arras (62)

Activity description :

Enjoy this intimate cooking class in a small group of no more than 4 people. The chef will meet you in his workshop in the center of Arras. During this 2h30 workshop, you'll benefit from his advice and tips on how to create an appetizer, starter, main course and dessert. At the end of the class, you'll taste your creations together (wine included).

Course of the activity (2h30) :

• Welcome to the workshop to meet the chef.
• Presentation of the day's recipes and the ingredients you'll be using.
• You'll learn how to carve a brunoise, deglaze a dish, make a crème pâtissière...
• Afterwards, enjoy your dishes with a fine wine!
