Through fun and culinary activities, we invite you to join us in creating team-building experiences that foster connections. Immersed in unspoiled natural settings, we’ll explore edible wild plants and cook with them to uncover all their secrets! A gourmet cooking workshop featuring wild plants, so you can enjoy the pleasures of the table together.

Workshop itinerary (2 hours):

• Welcome with a glass of wine
• An introduction to the plants we’ll be cooking (a botanical exploration and discovery of their flavors, tastes, aromas, etc.)
• A hands-on, gourmet cooking workshop
• A tasting of your creations

Some menu examples: savory Alliaire cracker-style pastries, plant chips, a crunchy verrine with giant hogweed and cashews, soft Italian bread with stracciatella and fig leaf oil, an “Urban Benoîte” cocktail with milk foam, and more.
