Come and spend a special day immersed in the world of wine. If you're an oenology enthusiast looking to expand your knowledge, this is the perfect day to learn the methods and vocabulary of wine tasting by analyzing a wide range of wines and becoming an expert in the field!

Course of the day (8h):

• The course comprises 2 sessions of 4 hours each:
  • Keys to wine tasting (level 1) - 9am to 1pm
  • The nose and aromas of wine (level 2) - 2.30pm to 6.30pm
• Welcome, presentation and learning of the tasting method with the help of teaching aids.
• Topics include:
  • Introduction to wine and presentation of the different types of wine
  • Learn how to describe wine simply, choose the right wine and define your tastes more precisely.
  • Discovering the major families of aromas through fun tests
  • The main rules for storing and serving wine
  • ...
• Tasting and analysis of14 differentwines.
• A 60-page booklet containing all the course content will be sent by e-mail 48 hours after the end of the course.
