Bravo for the choice of a prestigious location The speaker was pleasant and competent, she tried to raise the level of the wines with technical and flattering explanations, in relation to the quality of what she served. The choice of mixing wine and cheese was judicious... On the other hand ... the wines you chose were not up to scratch. Yes for originality ......Mais with a minimum of quality . None of the wines presented appealed to me! fortunately, the cheeses lifted the wines to a much lower level. There are so many good small wines in France that you could do better in your choices.
