Course outline (2h30) :

• Creation of a Japanese or Japanese fusion starter, Japanese tapas (Gyoza, Karaage, etc.)
• Discover Japanese street food (Okonomyaki, Tamagoyaki, Takoyaki, etc.)
• Creation of a Japanese or Japanese fusion dish and a Japanese fusion dessert
• Throughout the workshop, the chef will give you tips on how to prepare the best recipes.
