Introduction and presentation of the workshop, the two recipes and the course objectives.
Lemon meringue choux: choux pastry, preparation and baking, lemon cracker and cream, and Swiss meringue.
Lemon cake: cake mix and meringue.
Each participant leaves with his or her own pastries and recipes.
