Activity description :

A special hazelnut workshop to discover delicious recipes based on this nutty fruit, which goes wonderfully well with pastry. Sandra will help you make a Paris Brest with homemade praline. Come and spend a convivial, gourmet moment!

Workshop schedule (2h30) :

Introduction and presentation of the workshop, the two recipes and the course objectives.
Making your own choux pastry with a cracker, topped with a hazelnut mousseline: making the choux pastry, piping and baking, making the hazelnut mousseline.
You'll also learn how to make a homemade praline that you can use without moderation in your pastries (in choux pastries and tarts....).
At the end of the class, you'll share your experiences and take home your own pastries and recipes.
