Immerse yourself in the tasty world of Japanese street food by learning how to make emblematic recipes such as yakisoba, delicious fried noodles with vegetables, and the irresistible okonomiyaki!
Course of the workshop (2h):
- Introduction to the workshop and Japanese street food specialties .
- Introduction to the ingredients and utensils used in Japanese cuisine.
- Preparation of Yakisoba (fried noodles with vegetables)
- Making Okonomiyaki (cabbage pancake with bacon and ginger)
- At the end of the workshop, you can enjoy your creations on site (or take them away).
- Each participant will receive a detailed recipe sheet so you can reproduce the recipe at home!
