The workshop was really well run and despite our lateness (1 hr) we were very well received and were able to make our mochi dough for the daifuku. My daughter is really very shy and Estelle managed to integrate her into the whole team with such kindness and good humor. I highly recommend her to all fans of cooking and Japan. Estelle knows what she's talking about, and has some great anecdotes about Japan and restaurant addresses (for those who want to go there) that sound really nice. Thanks to her and the whole team for a great experience.
