Duration: 1 day - From 18 years old - No special physical requirements

Your guide: you'll be accompanied by Jérôme, a former non-commissioned officer in the French Navy's Special Forces. He has spent many years in a multitude of terrains and hostile environments.

The proposed course:

• Training and First Aid" course (1 day): first aid is a priority in survival, and knowing the gestures that save is essential in everyday life, and even more so in deteriorated situations... At the end of this course, you will receive a diploma recognized by the French Ministry of the Interior.

Jérôme will teach you how to react in any situation!
