Overall, it's fine, but it's very slippery. The flip-flops aren't non-slip. A friend of ours fell, and the receptionist didn't seem surprised. She also gave her an ice pack and some juice.

We had a wonderful time and a magical experience thanks to the helpful, friendly, and attentive staff. The spa, which is entirely private, features a beautiful pool, a steam room, a sauna, and two sensory showers. The relaxation room is lined with a wall of Himalayan salt, known for its relaxing properties. I recommend this experience 200%.
