We made a reservation for a bachelorette party. We were very disappointed that we didn’t get a private space, nor did we receive the bathrobes and slippers that had been advertised. We asked if we could take a group photo, and the person in charge refused, even though another staff member eventually agreed. The salt room is very average, and the price is way too high for what it is. Anyone can see us from outside, and the pool isn’t accessible. My girlfriend told me there are thermal baths an hour away—I think that’s a better option.

Nice place, warm welcome. We came for a bachelorette party; we thought it would be quieter, but swimming lessons were being held, so the place wasn’t really relaxing. The hot tub temperature was just right; a snack break was included, but we didn’t get it. The place is small; there were 8 of us, plus other people were there as well. Not everyone in our group was able to use the hot tub. We thought we’d be in a quieter, less crowded spot since we’d booked a special bachelor/bachelorette party package. The bride-to-be really enjoyed her one-hour massage.

1: The spa was out of order—bad luck—but no one warned us in advance, even though I called 30 minutes before arriving. 2: The hammam was in poor condition; missing mosaic tiles here and there made the seating less comfortable. There was a bad smell in the hammam, which forced us to ask the manager to come and add essential oils to make it more pleasant. 3: The sauna was cold for the first hour; it had no lights and was barely warm during the first part of the session. There was no water in the bucket either. 4: Pool—we were allowed access to the pool since there were no classes. The water was murky, likely due to poor water treatment, with pieces of plastic floating in it. These came from the bubble wrap next to the pool, which had completely disintegrated. 5: The groom is not a bride; despite several reminders throughout the booking process and upon arrival, this is not a bachelorette party but a bachelor party. Despite this, the groom was given flip-flops that were too small, and no disposable underwear in his size was provided for the massage. He ended up naked on the table. 6: The groom asked for water, and he was given tap water in a cracked cup. 7: Drinks—we were offered a free drink as an apology for the spa being out of order, but even after waiting more than 15 minutes after making our selection, they still hadn’t arrived. 8: The massage, performed by a professional, delighted the groom. He had a pleasant, relaxing time and ranks this massage among his top three best massages ever. That’s 7 negative points out of 8 for an activity that’s supposed to be a moment of relaxation and well-being for everyone. The service is extremely mediocre, and the condition of the facility is also very average. Fortunately, the massage went well, but we’re still extremely disappointed with the overall experience. The 195-euro package is too expensive for what it is. Plus, towels and flip-flops are an extra charge. I do not recommend it at all. The two stars are given solely for the quality of the massage. Otherwise, I wouldn’t give it any stars at all. If I were to rate just the massage, it would be four stars. It’s a shame, though. A place to avoid
