Located in Attainville in the Val d'Oise, La Croix Verte Farm offers a themed cooking workshop in its new space, specially designed for the occasion.

Create delicious recipes using fruits and vegetables picked right from the farm. Ultra-fresh produce, straight from the field to your plate!

Workshop itinerary:

• Prepare the recipe according to the day’s program.
• You’ll take your creations home with you (please bring your own containers) to enjoy them at home.

Workshop Schedule:

• July 9 at 10 a.m.: Zucchini and Parmesan fritters served with a vegetable tian or salad
• July 9 at 2:00 p.m.: Quiches and savory tarts—ages 8 and up
• July 11 at 9:30 a.m.: Pea-themed workshop
• July 11 at 2:30 p.m.: Evening aperitif workshop!
• July 12 at 9:30 a.m.: “I Pick, I Cook” workshop—meal for 2 people
• July 15 at 10:00 a.m.: Eggplant workshop
• July 16 at 10:00 a.m.: Workshop on zucchini and tomatoes
