Come and discover Japanese cuisine with Sanae! During this 2h30 workshop, she welcomes you to the 2nd arrondissement of Paris to introduce you to the traditional preparation of a Bento.
Course of the workshop (2h30) :
- Presentation of the traditional Japanese bento and its everyday use.
- Choice of recipe according to season and market.
- Preparation of ingredients, followed by cooking using traditional techniques .
- Place your meal in the bento: takara bukuro or kyoto salad, to be enjoyed without moderation!

Nice experience with good ingredients, too bad for the lack of practice and the advertising for these other courses too present. I would have liked more sharing around the meal, it's the first time I've been to a class where the teacher doesn't eat with us.

A very well-designed workshop, very well run by a quality cook, who knows how to share both the culinary and cultural aspects of the dishes she prepares. Everyone pitches in, in a convivial and friendly atmosphere. The dishes were delicious and the explanations very clear, but it will probably take a bit of practice to do it all again as well ;-) All in all, a great experience!

Very interesting workshop! You can tell that the chef has a lot of experience and know-how to share with us. The bento we prepared was very good, and we really enjoyed tasting it and chatting with the chef. It gave us ideas for recipes at home. I recommend :)
