Vittoria, an Italian chef straight from Rome, welcomes you to her restaurant in the heart of Paris's 10th arrondissement for a seasonal and regional cooking workshop.
You'll learn how to prepare a delicious menu (a main course and a dessert) using a variety of culinary techniques, and learn more about Italian cuisine.

Course of the workshop (3h) :

• Welcome by Vittoria and her team, presentation of the venue and menu.
• Preparation of the various recipes
• Aperitif and tasting of your creations
• Each participant leaves with his or her own creations
• The menu varies for each workshop and will be communicated to you after booking: fresh pasta, Parmigiana, Risotto, Suppli, Caponata, Orecchiette, Fettucine with mushrooms and truffles, Tiramisu, Walnut cake, Caprese, Amaretti...

This workshop is the perfect way to discover the richness of Italian cuisine! It's also a great activity to do with the family, or with friends, and dine directly on site after the workshop!
