Are you a wine enthusiast who wants to develop your knowledge and your palate? A professional oenologist will let you taste a selection of wines, which you will then comment on. You'll learn to distinguish between different grape varieties, tannins and aromas in a fun session.

Oenology course (4h) :

• Learn to taste wines: discover the different stages of tasting.
• Understand the balance of a wine, develop your nose and identify a wine's ageing potential.
• Tasting of 7 differentwines: Chablis, Côtes-du-Rhône, Haut-Médoc and many others.

This oenology course will enable you to become a true connoisseur of wine and oenology. You can also offer the oenology course to a close wine lover, or organize this activity for a bachelor party.
