Course of the workshop (2h):

• Introduction: immersion in the world of confidential vineyards and young talents in French viticulture.
• Tasting of 5 favorite wines: original cuvées full of character, accompanied by appetizers designed to sublimate each wine (sweet, savory, vegetal or meat pairings).
• Oenology quiz: test your knowledge of wine in a friendly atmosphere... with a little surprise at the end!
