Discover Italian cuisine alongside a chef and create a four-handed menu with your partner. A different region of Italy is featured each month—the perfect way to explore all the flavors of Italy!

Workshop itinerary (3 hours):

• Prepare a starter, a main course, and a dessert (the menu changes every month) as a pair
• Taste the dishes you’ve prepared on-site, paired with a glass of prosecco or an Italian soda

Examples of dishes prepared: Tagliatelle alla nerano with zucchini and provolone (Campania), Peperonata (Sicily), Tarte Bonet (Piedmont)...

Sharing knowledge and experiences will be a key part of this cooking class.
