Our partner welcomes you to a 3-hour workshop on Italian cuisine in Montpellier. Under the supervision of a chef, you'll have the opportunity to discover culinary secrets and techniques as you prepare authentic and delicious recipes.
Course of the workshop (3h): 🍝
- Welcome by a professional chef who will explain the workshop.
- Presentation of the traditional dishes to be prepared: fresh pasta, gnocchi and tomato/pesto sauce.
- Prepare the ingredients and cook with the chef, who will guide you throughout the workshop. You'll learn how to prepare fresh pasta and master kneading and rolling, then make light and fluffy gnocchi, and finally prepare classic Italian sauces.
- You can enjoy your creations on site in a cosy, convivial setting, or take them home with you.
