Course of the workshop (3h) :

• Welcome by a professional chef who will explain the workshop.
• Presentation of the menu to be prepared(Pad Thaï, Panna cotta with coconut milk/ tuna tataki, mango and wakame salad/ Banh bao pork)
• Preparation of ingredients and cooking in the company of the chef, who will guide you throughout the workshop.
• You can enjoy your creations on site in a cosy, convivial setting, or take them home with you.
