Laure and her team offer you a pastry workshop, in the company of an experienced and passionate chef. During this activity, you'll learn about different themes(Pavlova with seasonal fruits & meringues, Paris Brest revisited, Mille-feuille, Charlotte with seasonal fruits and spoon cookies, Poire pochée vanille, Mochi, New York Roll, Bûche de Noël...). This workshop is suitable for beginners and experts alike!

Workshop schedule (3h):

  • Welcome by a professional pastry chef who will explain the workshop.
  • Presentation of the day's recipe and all the ingredients needed to make your pastry.
  • Make your own pastry, following the chef's advice and techniques.
  • At the end of the workshop, each participant leaves with his or her own creation.
