Course of the workshop (2h) :

• Introduction to the ingredients and utensils specific to gyôza preparation.
• Making gyôza dough
• Preparation of a vegetable and tofu stuffing and a chicken stuffing
• Learn different folding and cooking methods
• At the end of the workshop, you can enjoy your creations on site (or take them away).
• Each participant will receive a detailed recipe sheet so you can reproduce the recipe at home!
