Estelle invites you to immerse yourself in the world of Japanese cuisine through a gyôza workshop, a creative and convivial moment where you'll learn how to shape these delicious raviolis while discovering their preparation secrets.
Course of the workshop (2h) :
- Introduction to the ingredients and utensils specific to gyôza preparation.
- Making gyôza dough
- Preparation of a vegetable and tofu stuffing and a chicken stuffing
- Learn different folding and cooking methods
- At the end of the workshop, you can enjoy your creations on site (or take them away).
- Each participant will receive a detailed recipe sheet so you can reproduce the recipe at home!

Thanks again to Estelle for this afternoon. The whole workshop was perfect: the explanations, the little anecdotes and tips, and the infectious smile. The gyozas were devoured by my tribe and I even organized a little demo to validate what I had learned. I highly recommend it and I'll be following the next workshops with interest (especially the.daifuku).
