During this Lebanese cooking class in Lille, Cécile, our chef, will give you all her recipes for a mezze-style aperitif, just like in a restaurant!

Course of the workshop :

• The chef shares her secrets for falafels that are crispy on the outside and melt-in-the-mouth on the inside...
• A baba ganoush (eggplant caviar), homemade pita bread, 100% homemade hummus and Lebanese tabbouleh for a fresh touch. A real buffet, because after cooking together, it's time to taste!
• A convivial moment around an aperitif and a dessert offered by us.
• The workshop is suitable for vegetarians, with a vegan option available.
• As with all our cooking and pastry-making courses, the Lebanese workshop is designed with the environment in mind. The ingredients used are as seasonal, organic, local and bulk as possible.
