This zero-waste cooking class puts eco-responsible cooking in the spotlight! You'll cook a complete menu that's 100% zero waste! From starters to desserts, we'll cook up recipes that are easy, delicious and, above all, anti-wasteful!

How the workshop works :

• During the 100% zero-waste menu workshop, you'll learn, among other things, how to cook vegetables from A to Z (including peelings and tops), how to make the most of leftovers like stale bread, and how to use things you'd normally throw away, like chickpea water or leek greens.
• Once you've all cooked together, you'll sit down at the table for a convivial meal. You can also decide to take your dishes home with you, by bringing your own containers. The choice is yours! And as with all our workshops, drinks are included.
• As with all our cooking and pastry courses, this workshop is designed with the environment in mind. All the products used are as eco-responsible as possible: seasonal produce, local suppliers, all bought in bulk and organic as much as possible.

This workshop is the perfect way to discover the richness of eco-responsible cooking! It's also a great activity to do with family and friends !
