Activity Schedule (1.5 hours):
- The class begins with a muscle warm-up and some stretching
- You’ll learn a short routine, including different ways to walk around the pole, the most elegant poses, eye-catching moves, and, of course, some beautiful basic moves that are easy to master.
- To finish up, a short routine designed just for the bride-to-be and her friends!
A workshop suitable for everyone, perfect for trying out pole dancing and getting an introduction to all the facets of this energetic and lively dance sport!
