• You’ll then head to our kitchen, where you’ll put on an apron and immerse yourself in the world of Spanish cuisine. Under the guidance of expert instructors, you’ll master the art of preparing the perfect paella in our award-winning class. From selecting fresh ingredients to achieving the coveted “socarrat”—that crispy layer at the bottom of the pan that makes a great paella—you’ll discover the secrets to creating this much-loved masterpiece.
