Our partner welcomes you to a 3-hour workshop on Spanish cuisine in Montpellier. Under the supervision of a chef, you'll have the opportunity to discover culinary secrets and techniques as you prepare authentic and delicious recipes.

Course of the workshop (3h): 🥘

• Welcome by a professional chef who will explain the workshop.
• Presentation of the traditional dishes to be prepared: paella and Andalusian gazpacho.
• Preparation of ingredients, then cooking with the chef who will guide you throughout the workshop. You'll learn how to choose the right ingredients, cook the rice and season the paella perfectly, and master the balance of flavors for a perfect cold soup.
• You can enjoy your creations on site in a cosy, convivial setting, or take them home with you.
