This workshop is great! As well as discovering wine in its various forms, we learn how to pair it with different cheeses. All in harmony. In a relaxed but serious atmosphere, we can talk to each other. The trainer (who is also a sommelier) is very competent. He interacts with the participants, making the course lively and enjoyable. It was a very good experience. My wife and I haven't seen the time go by. We now have a different view of the pleasure that wine and cheese can bring. Thank you to Dégust'émoi and its trainer.
