Most of the wines on offer are organically grown, guaranteeing an experience that respects the environment and the terroir!

Course of the activity (2h) :

• Tasting of 6 raw-milk wine/cheese pairings, accompanied by selected breads, for optimum pleasure.
• Discovery of 4 wine/chocolate pairings, for a complete sensory experience (optional).
• Each tasting is accompanied by explanatory cards detailing the specific characteristics of the products and the suggested pairings, to extend your learning experience.
• The tasting takes place in the form of a sit-down meal, allowing you to savor every moment in a relaxed, convivial atmosphere.
