The quality of the welcome Myles extends to his customers is a reflection of the encyclopedic knowledge of wine he shares with them in complete con.viviality. The charm of his English accent is not without reason. The only drawback is that the tasting focuses solely on the "wine" side of ...., which is not what the title of the exercise suggests.
