Learn the art of pairing your wine with your food. During this course, you'll learn the basic rules and tricks to achieve a perfect match and enhance your dishes.

Course of the workshop (2h):

• You'll cover the following topics
  • The basic rules of wine and food pairing
  • Complicated pairings and pitfalls to avoid
  • Original pairings
  • Wine and meat pairings
  • Wine and fish pairings
  • Wine and cheese pairings
  • Wine and dessert
• Tasting and analysis of 5 wines and 3 dishes (fois gras, cheese, chocolate cake)
• Each participant leaves with an educational pack and receives an educational booklet by e-mail at the end of the course.

Led by a qualified sommelier or oenologist, this experience will enable you to master the subtleties of food and wine pairing, and to share them with your friends at your next meal.
