Tasting schedule (1h30) :

• Presentation and explanation of the principles of wine & cheese pairing, the different types of wine and varieties of cheese to learn to recognize flavors and textures.
• Guided tasting of three wines carefully selected by our sommelier, accompanied by three cheeses representative of French or international terroirs, with detailed explanations for each.
• A fun and educational way to understand how the aromas of wine and cheese complement and enhance each other.
